PROMOTIONAL TERMS

1. Scope

These Promotional Terms apply to discount codes, sale campaigns, bundles, gifts, free shipping, referral offers, loyalty offers, launch offers, limited editions and other promotions offered by NUUR RITUALS.

2. Conditions

Promotions are valid only for the period, products, countries, channels and customers stated by us. Promotions are subject to stock availability, eligibility rules, technical limitations, payment authorization and our Terms & Conditions.

3. Restrictions

Unless we state otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, applied retroactively, used for previous orders, used for taxes/duties/shipping, or used with excluded products.

4. Abuse & Cancellation

We may cancel, suspend, refuse or reverse promotions where there is fraud, abuse, technical error, pricing error, duplicate accounts, resale activity, suspicious payment activity, ineligible use or violation of our Terms.

5. Returns

If a discounted or promotional order is returned or refunded, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid after discount and may exclude shipping, duties, taxes, fees and non-refundable charges unless required by law.
