NUUR RITUALS Product Safety, Food & Allergen Notice

1. Read before use
Before purchasing or consuming any NUUR RITUALS product, read the product page, ingredient list, allergen notice, caffeine information, storage instructions, best-before date, batch or lot information and all packaging information.
2. Food product warning
Coffee, tea and tea infusions are food products. Do not consume any product that appears opened, swollen, leaking, moldy, contaminated, unusually discolored, damaged, tampered with, expired, exposed to unsuitable conditions, or otherwise unsafe.
3. Allergens and cross-contact
Products may contain allergens or may be handled in environments where allergens are present. Cross-contact can occur. If you have allergies, intolerances, sensitivities or dietary restrictions, you must review the product label and consult a qualified professional if you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you.
4. Caffeine and personal conditions
Coffee, tea and some infusions may contain caffeine or other naturally occurring compounds. Caffeine tolerance varies. Pregnant or breastfeeding customers, children, elderly customers, people with medical conditions, people taking medication, and people sensitive to caffeine should seek professional advice before consuming caffeine-containing products.
5. No medical claims
NUUR RITUALS products are not medicines, supplements or medical treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. Website content, product descriptions, brewing suggestions, ritual references, lifestyle language and customer communications are provided for general information and sensory/product-description purposes only.
6. Storage
Unless the product label states otherwise, store products sealed, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, strong odors, pests, chemicals and contamination. Once opened, follow the label instructions and consume within the recommended period.
7. Packaging and tins
Tins and packaging are designed for presentation, storage, shipping and brand purposes as stated by us. Do not microwave tins, heat tins, place tins in ovens, use tins with incompatible substances, or use damaged packaging. Unless expressly stated, packaging is not sold as a separate reusable food-storage system after the original product has been removed.
8. Batch traceability
Keep the product label, batch or lot code and proof of purchase if you need to report a product issue. We may be unable to assess a product-safety claim without this information.
9. Emergency
If you experience a serious allergic reaction, illness or medical emergency, seek immediate medical assistance. After medical safety is addressed, contact us with product details, batch information and proof of purchase.
