NUUR RITUALS Preorder & Cancellation Policy

1. What a preorder is

First Light Edition products are offered as advance-sale (preorder) items. When you place a preorder, you reserve products from the First Light production run. The edition is limited to 7,000 tins of each variety (Moka Bliss, Manaima, I Glow, Golden Aura). Each Complete Edition contains one tin of each of the four varieties, drawn from the same First Light production; Complete Edition availability is therefore limited by the remaining stock of the four varieties.

2. Prices

Individual tins: AED 109 each. The Complete Edition — First Light (one of each of the four tins, 370 g net): AED 409. Prices are shown and charged in AED.

3. Payment timing

Payment is taken in full at checkout at the moment you place your preorder. Your reservation is confirmed when your order is placed. We do not charge you again at dispatch.

4. Expected delivery

Orders ship from 30 September 2026. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking as soon as your order dispatches. If a delay becomes likely, we will notify you by email with a revised estimate and your options.

5. Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before your order dispatches, by contacting the NUUR Concierge at nuur@nuurrituals.com or WhatsApp +971 52 989 2655 with your order number. Refunds are made to the original payment method; processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. After dispatch

Once your order has dispatched, the Return & Refund Policy applies: food products cannot be returned or exchanged for food-safety reasons; damaged, defective or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded in full when reported within 3 days of delivery; unopened, sealed tins may be eligible for return only with advance written approval from the NUUR Concierge.

7. Availability

If, in exceptional circumstances, we cannot fulfil your preorder, we will notify you and refund you in full to the original payment method. This does not limit any statutory right you may have.

8. Changes to your order

Address changes are accepted until dispatch via the concierge. Product changes are treated as a cancellation and new preorder, subject to availability.
